Executive Leadership Coaching |
Are you looking to advance in your career to the next leadership level?
Or, are you experiencing difficulty managing your employees or meeting your boss’s expectations? Executive leadership coaching may be an approach that ignites your advancement or improves your performance and value to your organization. A professionally trained coach will work with you to maximize your leadership capacity. Your coach guides you through a process of inquiry, dialogue, assessments, and other tools, to examine and drive your decision-making, experiment with new ways of thinking and being, and commit to action that promote goal achievement. |
Conflict Coaching |
Are you experiencing a personal conflict with another person(s) with whom you must engage with on a long-term basis such as a family member, boss, co-worker or neighbor? You may resolve some conflicts by learning a defined set of skills and strategies that will allow you to manage or productively resolve the conflict or an on-going difference on your own. In this case, a conflict coach works with you one-on-one to talk about the conflict, identify the underlying issues, consider options for managing the conflict, and design an approach to discuss the conflict with the other person. Conflict coaching can be used as a stand-alone process, or incorporated as a part of other conflict resolution processes; i.e., mediation, negotiation, facilitation.

Team

Are you the leader of a new team or have a team that is in transition through changing goals, skill needs, or conflict? Team coaching is a uniquely powerful process that accelerates and sustains team performance. We will work with you and your team members by assessing the state of your team, the organization’s expectations of the team’s performance, the issues preventing the team from reaching peak performance and what the team needs to do to reach its goals. The coach will focus on the relationships between you, your team as an entity, and team members to define roles, responsibilities,and decision making that will improve cooperation and performance.

Conflict Resolution - Mediation |
Are you in the midst of a conflict and would rather not take the other person to court? Mediation can be utilized in practically any interpersonal conflict (divorce, separation, workplace, and neighborhood). It is a voluntary and confidential process where a third party neutral (the mediator) works with you and the other party(s) to assist you in addressing a variety of issues and/or disagreements to reach a resolution that best serves both your needs. Mediators provide the opportunity to improve communications between you and leaves the decision power totally and strictly with you and the other party(s). The mediator acts as a facilitator between your opposing interests and attempts to bring you together by defining issues and eliminating obstacles to communication, while moderating and guiding the process. If you are successful in reaching agreement on a solution, the mediator will prepare a written document detailing the terms of your agreement. Mediation is a lower cost alternative to litigation and usually results in a stronger commitment by both parties to honor the agreement.

Employee Engagement |
Are you a manager that is experiencing conflict, low employee morale or low engagement in your organization? Maybe you have tried various strategies to fix things, but nothing has worked. We find that if a problem is persistent and not easily addressed, there are usually several factors sabotaging your efforts. Individual and organizational assessments conducted by one of our experienced facilitators will help you get to the heart of the issue(s) and help you implement a cohesive and coordinated plan. As part of the assessment, the facilitator may use individual interviews, focus groups or surveys to collect information from you, your employees, or customers to explore areas such as roles, responsibilities, decision making, processes, communication, priorities, and rewards. Upon completion of the assessment, you will have a clearer understanding of what is needed to make desired change and what it will take to invest in making the change happen.

Assessment Tools and Instruments |
We use the following assessment tools and instruments in organizations and with individuals. Coaches and facilitators may use one or more of these instruments in a coaching engagement or an organization assessment. These are powerful developmental tools that help you engage in a process of self-discovery by mirroring back to you how you are seen by others.
